A graduate of Florida International University's College of Law, Mr. Aluicio joined the firm as an associate in 2015.  Mr. Aluicio has always had a passion for helping and serving others.  While pursuing his undergraduate degree in Psychology, and throughout his law school endeavors, Mr. Aluicio was always dedicated to serving the South Florida Community.

While in law school he was a Student Attorney with the Carlos A. Costa Immigration & Human Rights Clinic.  Through his work at the Clinic he represented clients with a wide range of immigration and human rights issues.  Mr. Aluicio has also volunteered at several events providing assistance to low income individuals seeking US Citizenship and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). Mr. Aluicio sits on the Hialeah Housing Authority's Board of Commissioners where he, along with along with his fellow board members, supervises the organization's internal policies, event programming, and multi-million dollar budget.

A zealous advocate for his clients, Mr. Aluicio emphasizes the importance of communication throughout the litigation process.   Through effective communication, Mr. Aluicio strives to provide clients with the peace of mind that someone is working diligently to resolve their issues.  Mr. Aluicio focuses his practice on handling a wide range of legal matters which include: Insurance Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Immigration, Bankruptcy, Debt Collection and Consumer Protection.
