Comprehensive, Client-Focused Representation
Moffa & Bierman, was founded in 1999 to provide creative and suitable solutions to each client’s unique legal problems. Based in Plantation, our law firm represents individuals and business outside of Court and in litigation throughout the State of Florida.
We focus our practice on several key areas, including the following:
- Insurance law
- Homeowners insurance claims
- Auto insurance claims
- Bad faith insurance matters
- Insurance litigation
Our firm is also qualified to handle estate and asset planning, the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives, formation of business entities, a wide array of general corporate and business matters, immigration and family law issues.
Dedicated Service From An Experienced Legal Team
Our attorneys are dedicated to providing the highest quality representation for your legal issues. Our all-encompassing approach includes an in depth analysis of your specific situation. From the information we gather, one of our experienced attorneys will provide you with all of your legal options, and recommend the solution that best fits your personal needs – not a one-size-fits-all option that may not be ideal for you.
Our firm’s attorneys are highly skilled in each of our practice areas. Managing attorney John Moffa has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and over thirty years’ experience in business, which gives him a concrete knowledge base for all personal and business financial matters. Mr. Moffa is also certified by the American Board of Certification in both Business Bankruptcy and Consumer Bankruptcy, a distinction achieved by less than a dozen lawyers in the State of Florida.
Obtain A Consultation
We offer initial consultations for all legal matters for a $300 fee, which payment we will apply toward the costs of representation should you decide to hire our firm. For insurance cases, we offer free consultations and can meet with you at your home or another convenient location if you are unable to make it to our office and your property is in need of evaluation.
